 For Presenters:

  • Each oral presentation must not exceed a total of 30 minutes (25 min. + 5 min. for Q&A).  A computer (PC) equipped with PowerPoint, and an LCD projector will be available at the meeting.  You may either e-mail your presentation to msb@unm.edu before Oct. 5th or bring it with you on a USB memory stick or a CD-ROM.  Alternatively, you may also bring your presentation on your own laptop.  Copies of the presentations will be collected at the workshop and posted on the workshop web site.
  • Each poster presentation will have allocated to it a board space of about 4' x 4' (3'11"x3'11" to be exact!). Poster presentations are scheduled during the lunch break 11:45-2:00.  Poster boards will be located just outside of the Ocotillo Meeting Rooms  at the Embassy Suites Hotel. Pins will be provided. Please e-mail an electronic copy of your poster presentation (Powerpoint or PDF) for  posting on the workshop web site.
